Rubber Standard Profiles

While most rubber (and plastic) extruded products are custom made, our standard profiles include p-strips, j-seals, centerbulb compression seals, rubber channels, double bulb seals, and d-shaped seals.

We offer a complete range of custom inflatable seals and clamps from standard and high-pressure extruded construction designs to fully molded, fabric-reinforced seals, for your custom inflatable sealing or clamping application.

P Strips & J Seals

These seals have a flange which can be positioned along a door’s edge to cover gaps and block dust, noise, and vibration. The flange may also be used to affix the seal to a door or enclosure.

Centerbulb Compression Seals

Rubber centerbulb compression seal profiles are designed with a hollow bulb construction, which makes them more compressible than solid seals. These seals have a base, which can be used to install the seal into a channel.

Rubber Channels

Rubber U-channel extrusions can be used as a protective (or cosmetic) trim along the edge of sheet metal or rough parts. They also can be used as seals.

Double Bulb and D Seals

Rubber “D”, “E”, and double bulb seal profiles are primarily designed with a hollow bulb construction, which makes them more compressible than solid seals. They are often used on industrial ovens or to seal oil and gas screening equipment.

Gumdrop and Dovetail Seals

Silicone sponge rubber and dovetail compression seal profiles are designed to fit into a mating channel or groove in order to perform properly.
