Septa
NT Series
The NT Series of silicone septa serves many applications – from environmental bottle liners to HPLC and GC vial septa. The NT is known primarily for its low bleed characteristics and comes pigment free. Independent testing has shown a 60% improvement in general bleed over standard septa.
NT septa can be supplied loose, press fit into closures, or bonded using an adhesive-free bonding process. Only the highest quality silicone elastomers are used to ensure proper re-sealability and to minimize coring. Various film types such as PTFE and FEP may be used to maximize chemical resistance.

NR Series
The NR Series of Natural Rubber liners and septa are designed for high performance and economy. Manufactured from a high quality custom developed compound (5652), these Natural Rubber products exhibit good re-sealability, very good chemical resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 100o C. Natural Rubber septa work particularly well with organic solvents and are most commonly supplied in conjunction with a 11mm aluminum crimp cap, although other cap configurations are also available.

BR Series
The BR Series of Butyl liners and septa are manufactured from a high quality, custom formulated compound (BR502) and exhibit excellent low permeability characteristics, very good chemical resistance, and can withstand temperatures up to 100o C. Butyl septa work especially well when in contact with ketones and acids and are most commonly available in 11mm and 20mm aluminum crimp caps, although other configurations are also readily available.
